01 About this policy

This Privacy Policy applies to the Dune Regatta game (the “Game”). It describes what information is handled when you install and play the Game.

Dune Regatta is a single-player sailing-race game set in a sandstone desert. It includes fifty campaign challenges, local progression, and locally saved settings. The Game does not provide online rankings, matchmaking, user accounts, or cross-device synchronization.

02 Information we collect

We do not collect personal information through the Game. The Game does not send information about you or your device to us or to third parties.

In particular, the Game does not collect or transmit:

• your name, email address, phone number, or account details;
• your precise location, contacts, photos, or files;
• advertising identifiers or device identifiers for tracking;
• gameplay analytics, usage profiles, or behavioural data;
• payment details or information for in-app purchases.

The Game does not include analytics, tracking, advertising, or crash-reporting services, and it does not include third-party software development kits (SDKs).

03 Information stored on your device

To provide the campaign and remember your preferences, the Game saves a small amount of gameplay information locally on the device where you play. This may include:

• the selected challenge;
• which campaign entries you have completed;
• the highest unlocked challenge;
• your settings for ambient motion and touch feedback.

This information is used only to operate the Game and preserve your local progress and preferences. It is not transmitted to us, uploaded to a cloud account, or synchronized between devices.

A partially completed attempt is not restored after the Game is closed. Restarting a challenge resets that attempt but does not erase earlier campaign completions.

Because this information is stored locally, you can manage or remove it through your device’s app-storage settings. The exact steps and the effect of uninstalling the Game may depend on your operating system and its backup settings.

04 Internet access and third parties

Dune Regatta is designed to work offline. It does not require an internet connection to play, and it does not operate a game account or online service that receives your gameplay information.

The Game contains no third-party SDKs and does not integrate advertising, analytics, social-network, or external tracking services. Your use of the app store, device operating system, or other services outside the Game may be subject to the separate privacy policies of their respective providers. Those services are not operated by Dune Regatta.

05 Advertising and payments

The Game contains no advertisements, does not use advertising trackers, and offers no in-app purchases. All fifty challenges are included in the installed Game.

06 Email messages

If you contact us at info@devtactsp.site, we will receive the email address you write from and any information you choose to include in your message. We use that information only to read, respond to, and handle your enquiry.

Email correspondence takes place outside the Game. Your email service provider may process the message under its own privacy policy and terms.

07 Adults-only audience

Dune Regatta is intended for people aged 18 and older and is not directed at children under 18. The Game does not ask players to submit their age or other personal information.

08 Data security and retention

Because the Game does not collect or transmit personal data, we do not maintain a server-side database of player information or gameplay activity. Gameplay progress and preferences remain in local app storage on your device.

Any information you send to us by email is handled separately from the Game and retained only for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to and manage your enquiry, unless a longer period is required by law.

09 Your privacy choices

You can play without creating an account or providing personal information. You can remove locally stored Game data through your device’s app settings. For questions about an email you have sent us, contact us using the address below.

Since the Game itself does not collect personal data, we generally have no player profile or server-side game record to provide, correct, or delete.

10 Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy if the Game or applicable requirements change. The updated version will be published with a revised “Last updated” date. Any material change to the Game’s information practices will be reflected in this policy.
